"Variable" cannot be resolved to a type

Alberto Jul 23, 2015 12:23PM CEST

Hello

Very many times when I open my workspace with blocks I get compile error, for instance "some type" cannot be resolved to a type.

All libraries/JARs are available and it was OK when I closed the workspace earlier.

Regards
Alberto

Hello Alberto

It is hard to tell exactly what the problem is.

Here is a list of things you can try:
- Try to update to the latest versions of all blocks, you do this by downloading libraries, do not select any particular library and then the system will check if there are any new versions.
- Try to close and then reopen the project. There may be a problem if you have many projects opened at the same time.
- You can also try to clean all project (Project/Clean all)
- As a last resort you should open the “.classpath” file in your project, add and remove a blank line and then save it to force a recompile. This is a known problem in Reactive Blocks
